Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 27, 2026
Tiny Wins ("the app") is an ADHD life planner web app available at tinywins.pocketcalm.app. This policy explains what data the app uses and where it goes. In short: your data stays on your device and in your own Google account. We do not collect it, sell it or share it.
1. Data the app uses
- Planner data you type: your tasks and their steps, days, areas, minutes and reminders; your energy check-ins; habits, routines and their ticks; bills, spending, budget categories and savings goals; brain dump notes; points and focus sessions; and settings such as your first name, money sign, look and reminder time.
- Your Google account email, only if you connect Google Sheets, so the app can open the right account next time.
The app does not ask for bank or card logins, card numbers or account numbers, and does not connect to your bank, and it does not ask for health or medical information.
2. Where your data is stored
- On your device: the app keeps a copy in your browser's local storage so it works offline. If you connect Google, it also keeps Google's short sign-in pass (it expires after one hour and only works for the spreadsheet the app created), so you are not asked to sign in every time. You can delete all of it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser or choosing More → "Disconnect this device".
- In your Google Drive, only if you choose "Connect Google Sheets": the app creates one spreadsheet ("Tiny Wins · My Life Planner") in your own Google Drive and writes your data into it. The spreadsheet belongs to you and stays in your account.
Tiny Wins has no server or database that stores your data. Data travels directly between your browser and Google over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
Like any website, the host of tinywins.pocketcalm.app (Cloudflare) keeps standard technical logs of visits, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running. These logs never contain your planner data.
3. Google user data
When you connect Google Sheets, the app requests one permission: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file ("See, edit, create and delete only the specific Google Drive files you use with this app"). With it the app can only access the spreadsheet it created. It cannot see, read or change any other file in your Google Drive.
- The app uses this access only to create your planner spreadsheet, read it when you open the app and write the changes you make.
- Google user data is not transferred to us or to anyone else, is not used for advertising, and is not used to train AI or machine-learning models.
- Tiny Wins's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect at any time: in the app choose More → "Disconnect this device", and you can remove the app's access from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Your spreadsheet stays in your Drive until you delete it.
4. Cookies, analytics and ads
The app shows no ads and uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and sign-in is provided by Google Identity Services; Google's own privacy policy applies to those services.
5. Children
The app is meant for adults planning their own day and is not directed to children under 13.
6. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
